- Create a free contact form by signing up to the right.
- Follow the instructions in the easy-to-use form creation wizard
- Copy the HTML from the source “Embed Code” that is provided (note: you do not need to understand this HTML, simply copy it and paste it)
- Log into your CMS, or open your website editor.
- Paste the HTML form code into the Source Code view of your page.
